Recent news most economic predictions suggest that the CNY will at most appreciate another 1% this year. Furthermore, most analysts feel that the CNY has reached a general market equilibrium point. Though month to month variations in exchange rates may vary more greatly up and down, analyst expectations combined with several consecutive months of China being a net importer give strong indication that significant and consistent appreciation of the CNY may be a thing of the past allowing for greater stability for businesses running their manufacturing in China and XQ Manufacturing clients.
